Mission/Vision Statement
ROTC's main goal is to train, educate, and develop future leaders for the U.S. Army. It gives college students the chance to learn leadership, military tactics, and the core values needed to become effective commissioned officers in the U.S. Army, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard. The program focuses on producing officers who are physically fit, mentally sharp, and strong in morals and ethics, all while being capable of leading soldiers to defend the nation.
ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø's Army ROTC program is a key contributor to this mission. Ranked in the top 15% of all ROTC programs nationwide, it is nationally recognized for its excellence. More than 97% of our cadets are selected for active duty, with the remaining 3% choosing the National Guard or Army Reserve. Our cadets maintain an impressive average GPA of 3.4, and we are committed to serving our community with pride. We also take great pride in our family-oriented environment. These factors are part of why we produce some of the finest officers in the military. Spartans Lead the Way!
