Stephanie Russell Krebs has served ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø in positions of increasing responsibility since 1998. In her current role as vice president for Student Affairs and Strategic Initiatives, she provides vision, leadership and strategic direction for the division of student affairs and select strategic initiatives as directed by the president. She is responsible for the leadership, development and assessment of a comprehensive portfolio of campus life services for a diverse student body and provides administrative leadership for the development of policy, programs, services, assessment practices, divisional strategic planning and financial management for Residence Life, Student Conduct, Orientation and Family Engagement, Career Services, Community Engagement, Leadership Engagement, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Wellness, Campus Recreation, Medical Services and Counseling Services. In addition, she works on initiatives as designated by the president in the areas of Board of Trustee engagement, University planning and select strategic projects.
Russell Krebs is extremely passionate about student leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion, interfaith dialogue and work-life integration.

Russell Krebs was the inaugural chair of the Tampa Bay Girls on the Run Advisory Board. She was a member of the Leadership Tampa Class of 2015, a current member of the Leadership Tampa Alumni Group and has served as a co-chair of the Leadership Tampa Education Day. She enjoys serving as a mentor in the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Protégé Program and theÌýTampa Bay Business Journal’s Mentoring Monday Program. In her free time you may see her on a community theater stage as she believes the arts are vital in our community.
