Absolutely! All gifts to ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø are tax-deductible. Please note, sometimes if you receive a cool perk (such as a ticket to an event, for example) that has a fair market price and, following IRS policy guidelines, the cost of that ticket is deducted from your total tax deductible amount.

Yes. Note that it can take several months for employers' matching funds to reach ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø. In the event the match does not arrive before the project deadline or the end of the fiscal year, it will still be applied to the same fund.
